Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Estrid products, but if something isn't right, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on starter kits and blades that remain in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Reach out to our customer service team via our help center or email to initiate your return request with your order number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are unused and in their original packaging, then securely pack them to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
